Eric Avery

Community Youth Director

Eric is a retired Alameda County Probation Counselor. Since 2004, Eric spends the majority of his time as the Coach for the Richmond Half-Steppers Youth Track organization. A lifelong Richmond resident, Eric graduated from El Cerrito High School and Contra Costa Community College.

Stanley Byias

Chief Executive Officer

Stanley formed Brothers of International Faith in 2008. He has spent the majority of his professional career in the nonprofit sector focused on youth, homeless, and at-risk individuals. Stanley is a long time resident of Richmond. He was in the first graduating class of John F. Kennedy High School in 1968. Stanley has been a Resident Counselor at the Greater Richmond Interfaith Program (GRIP), since 2013. Stanley received

a Certificate of Achievement in Substance Abuse​ from Merritt College. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Louis Wright

Chief Operatiing Officer

Louis retired from San Quentin Sate Prison with more than 20 years of service. He owned and operated Katarego Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Program in Vallejo, CA. Louis facilitated Katarego group therapy sessions within the California Medical Facility, a state prison, in Vacaville, CA. Louis holds a Master Degree in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration.

Reginald Doss

Community Housing Manager

Reginald is the housing manager and communication specialist for the Brothers of International Faith. He currently has a contract with the federal government to provide lifeline cell phones to qualified recipients. In addition to these roles, Reginald counsels and supports individuals with addictions, pursues services in a collaborative manner, and advocates for a safe and healthy environment for the homeless.
